Betacarotene 6mg,
Alpha-carotene 3mg,
Gamma-carotene 188ug,
Tocotrienols 18ug,
Lutein 2mg, (as prep [safflower oil, marigod flower tagetes erecta extract, emulsifier: soya lecithin, antioxidant: mixed tocopherols]),
Vitamin E (as d-alpha-tocopherol) 0.67mg.

Directions:
